SO I found out yesterday that I have a special condition called Impulse Control Disorder,

one that not many people have and probably makes me a bit of a spakker...

The qualities of this include 'Dermatillomania' or compulsive skin picking. I have this problem whereby I have to pick my skin if I am anxious, restless, bored or sometimes when I dont realize it - like breathing.
I mostly pick my feet, or if I have a scab or open cut anywhere I will pick at it even if it continually bleeds. I will rip toenails off too, sometimes I have burnt my skin with chemicals to make it easier to pick and get off. Chewing, ripping and biting nails, bits around the nail and I don't realize that it hurts be because it makes me feel better, all I see is a bloody mess!

I think because I used to have Trichotillomania (compulsive hair pulling) when I was a child it just passed on to my skin, as eventually I was running out of hair to pull out on my head without people at school noticing and thinking I was a weirdo!

I will even pick other people if they let me! My sisters let me pick their spots sometimes, and I will occasionally pick or bite jeremy when he lets me within a meter distance of his body, but he usually scares me away before I do any damage....and before you wonder I do not go up to random people and pick them when I am out - I am socially safe!

It is also under the OCD spectrum, which makes sense a bit, seeing as I have to clean or organize things when I get nervous or anxious (another reason why I quit that job - all those people...ALL those germy horrid diseases they carry!) I cannot eat in the kitchen if it is dirty and I feel physically sick if something yucky gets on my skin.

But all this shit aside, I have 2 weeks left of this uni term and I need to sort my work out before it erupts into a state of chaos again!
